Laura Eade married Henry Charles Ludbrook in 1887 and had 11 children, though the 1st son died as an infant. Ivy Gertrude Ludbrook was b. 30 Aug 1906 at Kelsale, Suffolk (Blything in the index).

When Ted retired the couple came to live in Suffolk where she had relatives. As you know, Ted died in 1970, but Ivy lived until 1992, when she died aged 86. I met her briefly C1989 when she lived at Silverdene, a cottage in Yoxford previously owned by her aunt Edith. She was bright and friendly, trying to help my cousin and I understand the family, though she could hardly walk. Shortly after we met her, I was told she went into a home at Knodishall, then transferred to a nursing home at Darsham, where she was happy for her remaining days.
